Bob and Jane at the 2007 Eastern National Meet with their cars

Bob's '51 Woodie as it appeared in the 2008 NVRG Calendar. The picture was originally taken to be used on the 2006 Sully Plantation Show dash plaque.

I've owned the '51 Country Squire for 15 or 20 years. It is a great tour car having made several of the National Woodie Club tours as well as many tours with the Northern Virginia Regional Group. The car earned the Rouge award at the Eastern National Meet in Charlotte.

The '51 convertible came from Fresno, California some years ago. It is a three speed with overdrive.

I bought the '42 Ford convertible at the Hornets Nest Region 2000 swap meet in Charlotte, North Carolina. The upholstery is red and the top is tan "drab". The power top consists of a 6 volt motor on each side which drive a long threaded shaft. This type power top was only used, to my knowledge, on '41 and '42 Ford convertibles. The restoration is nearly complete in this picture.

Here's the Convertible after completion at the 2003 Rockville Show commemorating the 100th Anniversary of Ford cars.
