Long time NVRG member Bill Tindall bought this '46 Convertible from fellow NVRG member Dave Blum, moved to Ohio and took this beautiful Dearborn winning 1946 convertible with him. Rumor has it that Bill and the '46 will be returning to the Old Dominion in the not-too-distant future.
