Tom Shaw

Tom Shaw of Leesburg, Virginia owns this 1951 Ford Custom Convertible. He bought the car from Dave Blum, a fellow Northern Virginia Regional Group member. The car is essentially as it was when Tom purchased from Dave. It has 107,000 miles on a relatively rust free car. This beauty was assembled at Edgewater, New Jersey on March 23, 1951. A previous owner painted over the original alpine blue factory paint. There have been a lot of minor improvements made including replacing broken top irons, top cylinders, chrome work, seals, hoses, etc.
